This is an event system project for a character-building school that I developed during my tenure as Head of Facilities and Infrastructure (2024–2026).

The system was designed to innovate the registration and admission process, eliminating the need for traditional physical tickets. Participants simply scan a barcode to check in; entry verification requires minimal staff, making the system highly scalable for crowds ranging from tens to hundreds of thousands of participants.

The system was successfully launched and utilized for the major “PSA Akbar” event held on April 25, 2026.
